Yes. It only changes if the home visit or the demolition reveals something hidden, such as damaged pipes. You then get a fixed price for that before we continue.
We plan and price it with you at the home visit.
40 % when you sign, 40 % after the waterproofing has passed its flood test, and 20 % at handover.
Yes, all prices on the site include VAT.
No. The home visit is free and without obligation.

Nordic Statement is light and calm, Mediterranean Warm uses terracotta, sage green and brass, and Hotel Dark is deep stone and smoked oak.
Yes. We bring real samples to the home visit.
Both are possible. A walk-in shower with a flush tray is standard; a built-in bathtub with shower is an option.

Usually about three weeks after you sign. The configurator shows the first possible week.
We measure, check the pipes and walls, show you the materials and confirm your fixed price. It takes about an hour.
Removal of the old bathroom, waterproofing with a 48-hour flood test, all tiling and fittings in your collection, a new toilet, a new extractor fan, cleaning and your digital home file.
Moving walls, doors or windows, relocating pipes beyond the listed options, and repairs to hidden damage, which we price before we start.
No. Many of our customers live abroad. You get photo updates on WhatsApp every day.
Yes, but the bathroom is out of use. You need another bathroom or somewhere else to stay for those days.
We cover floors and doorways, close off the bathroom against dust, and clean every day.
A bathroom renovation is usually notified to the town hall. We prepare and file it for you.
We send the notice to your administrator for you. Works in common areas or on the façade are not part of our service.
We can do the home visit before completion. The work starts once the property is yours.
Yes, we carry full liability insurance.
Five years on our workmanship, plus the manufacturers’ warranties on products. Everything is saved in your home file.
