These terms explain how you use this website when planning a bathroom renovation on the Costa del Sol. They describe what you can expect when you look through our site, use our planning tools, or send us a message about your home.

Sending an enquiry through our form is completely free and puts you under no obligation. You can look through our suggestions, ask questions, and decide freely whether you want to accept our written offer or turn it down.

Any contract for the work is made directly with Veta Bathrooms, and Veta Bathrooms carries out the actual renovation. You never make any payments through this website, as all project billing happens offline as agreed in your written contract.

We provide a fixed price after the home visit. The configurator shows the price for your collection, size and add-ons, and the home visit confirms it in writing before we start. You pay 40% when the contract is signed, 40% after the 48-hour waterproofing test, and 20% at handover. Our work comes with a 5-year warranty on the workmanship, and we are fully insured.

The guides, project calculators, and design examples on this site are for general guidance. We do our best to keep all details accurate, but small errors can happen, and product specifications or material availability may change over time.
